This Mustang convertible in the
original Ford color Wimbledon White.
The 1966 Mustang convertible has
a wheelbase of 108 inches; weighs 2650 pounds.
This car has a detailed engine compartment
with correct "Ford Blue" air
cleaner and valve covers .
"Pony Interior" seats have
embossed running horses on the backs and bright metal accent bar
Note the matching blue carpet, dash pad
and door trim. The center console
(along the floor between the seats) frames the automatic shift lever , and
was a dealer installed option.
The Pony interior has a fake "woodgrain"
steering wheel made of plastic. The wood
grain pattern on the dash and glove box are decals or "appliqués",
as from the factory in 1966.
