Mustang
San Jose manufactured with 2 Barrel Carb 289 V8 "C" code Engine First sold in Phoenix Arizona as indicated on the code, the car was relocated to Southern California at some point in its life. The car has never seen snow or road salt and has original unmolested floorpans, quarter panels, rocker panels etc. The car retains it's original equipment 289 V8 engine and automatic transmission as indicated on the data plate code. The 2:80 rear axle gears have been changed to 3:00 ( which was a factory offered ratio) for some more get up and go. The car is a 65B code original Ford factory Pony Interior in Palomino ( light tan) color. Only 5% of all 1965 Mustangs were ordered with the Pony Interior package making this an attractive and rare example. The Pony Interior package included these extra's:
